For mobile, enter your 11-digit Philippine number including the leading zero (e.g. 09XX XXX XXXX) or the +63 format — jlgg accepts both.
Password. Your jlgg password is the one you created during registration. Passwords on jlgg are case-sensitive, so double-check your caps lock if you are getting an error. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset it via your registered email or mobile number.
Keep me signed in. Checking the "Keep me signed in" option on a trusted personal device means you will not need to enter your credentials every time you visit jlgg. Do not use this option on shared or public devices — always log out manually when you are done on any device that is not exclusively yours.
After you log in. Your account dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. From there, you can check your available balance, navigate to any game category, make a deposit, review your transaction history, manage your responsible gaming settings, or check the current promotions available to your account.

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text
jlgg does not store your password in plain text. Your password is hashed — transformed into an irreversible string — before it is stored. Even jlgg staff cannot see your actual password. This is why the only way to recover a forgotten password is to reset it, not retrieve it.
Login attempt monitoring
jlgg monitors for unusual login patterns — such as multiple failed attempts in a short period or logins from unfamiliar devices or locations. If something looks off, additional verification may be triggered to protect your account.
Session management and automatic timeout
jlgg sessions have an inactivity timeout. If your account has been idle for an extended period, you will need to log in again. This reduces the risk of someone accessing your account on a device you left unattended.
Use a strong, unique password
The simplest thing you can do to protect your jlgg account is to use a password that is unique to jlgg — not the same one you use elsewhere. A strong password combines upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character. If you have not reviewed your jlgg password recently, now is a good time.

Forgot password — password reset via email. Click the "Forgot password?" link on the jlgg login page and enter your registered email address. jlgg will send a password reset link to that address. The link is valid for a limited time, so use it promptly. If you do not see the reset email in your inbox within a couple of minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder.
Forgot password — reset via mobile number. If you prefer to reset via SMS, select the mobile number option on the password reset screen and enter your registered Philippine number. jlgg will send a one-time code to that number which you enter to confirm your identity before setting a new password.
No longer have access to your registered email or number. If you no longer have access to both the email and mobile number on your jlgg account, contact support directly at support@jlgg.best. Identity verification will be required — you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, and a copy of the government ID you used when registering. jlgg will verify your identity before making any changes to account contact details.
Account locked or suspended. If your account has been temporarily locked due to multiple failed login attempts, wait for the lockout period to expire — typically 15 to 30 minutes — then try again. If your account has been suspended for another reason, the login error message will indicate this and you should contact support to understand the status and next steps.
Account in cooling-off or self-exclusion. If you previously activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion on your jlgg account, you will not be able to log in until the period expires. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened — this is intentional and is part of the responsible gaming framework. If you are unsure about the status of a restriction on your account, contact support.
