jlgg Terms and Conditions

By accessing the jlgg website at jlgg.best, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any feature of the jlgg platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jlgg platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jlgg in relation to your use of the platform. They apply to all accounts, all transactions, all promotional activities, and all interactions with jlgg services. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings not expressly included here are superseded by these Terms.

These Terms are written in plain language because we want Philippine players to actually understand what they are agreeing to — not just click through a wall of legal text. That said, these Terms do create legally binding obligations. If you are uncertain about any provision, we recommend reviewing the FAQ or contacting jlgg support before proceeding.

To register and use jlgg, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jlgg takes underage gaming seriously. If we have reason to believe an account is held or used by a person under 18, that account will be suspended immediately and investigated. Funds in such an account will not be released until identity is fully verified.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in and a resident of the Philippines, and must be legally permitted under applicable Philippine law to participate in online gaming. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of jlgg is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or who lack legal capacity to contract are not eligible.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from jlgg or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion programme that remains active at the time of registration.

jlgg reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one jlgg account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is a breach of these Terms. jlgg uses identity verification and device detection to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all but the original account may be closed and any balances in the duplicate accounts voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. This information is used for identity verification, transaction processing, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use an account registered in your name. Your jlgg account is personal to you.

jlgg will require identity verification before processing withdrawals and may require it at any other point for security or compliance purposes. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, Passport, UMID, Driver's Licence, PRC ID, or equivalent). Accounts that remain unverified beyond the required timeframe may have deposit and withdrawal functionality restricted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlgg login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these with any other person. If you use a shared device to access jlgg, you must log out after each session.

jlgg will never ask for your password through any channel — not via email, chat, SMS, or any other method. If you receive a request for your jlgg password from any source, treat it as a phishing attempt and do not respond.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify jlgg support immediately at support@jlgg.best and change your password. jlgg will investigate but will not be liable for losses that occurred as a result of you sharing your credentials, leaving your account logged in on an unsecured device, or otherwise failing to maintain reasonable account security.

All deposits to your jlgg account must be made through the payment methods available on the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP).

Funds deposited to your jlgg account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name and matches your verified jlgg identity. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a payment source registered to another individual, is not permitted.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. jlgg reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. We may also set individual account deposit limits based on verification status or risk assessment.

If a deposit is made via a payment method and the transaction is later charged back, disputed, or reversed by the issuing institution without authorisation from jlgg, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your jlgg balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, your account may be suspended until the shortfall is resolved.

You may request a withdrawal of your available jlgg balance at any time, subject to the conditions in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment method in your own name.

jlgg requires identity verification to be complete before any withdrawal is processed. If your account has not yet been verified, your withdrawal request will remain pending until verification is completed. Do not make a withdrawal request expecting immediate processing if your account remains unverified.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated in the FAQ, which may vary depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account. jlgg does not control processing times on the receiving bank or e-wallet side once the withdrawal has been dispatched.

Balances that originate from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 7 before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw a bonus-derived balance before the applicable wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

jlgg offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and other special offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total). The exact requirement is stated for each specific offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games on jlgg contribute equally — or at all — toward meeting a wagering requirement. The eligible games and their contribution rates are specified in the individual offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements that are not met within the stated completion window, will result in the bonus being forfeited. No extensions are granted except at jlgg's sole discretion.
• One bonus per person: Unless otherwise stated, promotional bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, and payment method.
• No abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using shared payment methods across multiple accounts, coordinated wagering designed to complete requirements artificially, or any other attempt to exploit promotional mechanics will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.

jlgg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus terms in effect at the time a specific bonus is credited to your account are the terms that govern that bonus.

All bets and game sessions on jlgg are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, which are accessible within the game interface or game information section of the platform. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Once a bet is confirmed on jlgg, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In sports betting, bets confirmed before a match is suspended, postponed, or cancelled will be settled according to the specific rules for the relevant event type. jlgg's settlement decisions on event outcomes are final.

In the event of a technical error — whether in the game software, the odds display, or the settlement system — jlgg reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout being credited to your account, jlgg will recover the incorrect amount and correct the balance. You must not attempt to withdraw funds you know to have resulted from a technical error.

jlgg uses certified random number generation for all digital game outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained hosts and streamed in real time. Neither format is subject to any form of player influence beyond the strategic choices available within the game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlgg. Any member found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and may have their account permanently closed with any balance forfeited where permitted by law:

• Underage use: Using the platform if you are under 18, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one jlgg account in your name or on behalf of others.
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, verification, or at any other point.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic or coordinated attempt to exploit promotional mechanics, including collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using jlgg for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds from stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or using the platform as a mechanism to launder funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for a jlgg transaction that was legitimately processed.
• Technical exploitation: Using software, scripts, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage on jlgg, access areas of the platform you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your jlgg account.

jlgg reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, court order, regulatory direction, or for any other reason jlgg considers sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform or compliance with applicable law.

If your account is suspended for investigation, jlgg will notify you via the email address registered to your account. You may be asked to provide documentation to support the investigation. Until the investigation is complete, access to your account balance may be restricted.

If an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms — including for fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — jlgg reserves the right to void all bonus-derived balances and, in cases of verified fraud, to withhold the account balance pending legal proceedings or regulatory action.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily for any reason, including as a responsible gaming measure, contact jlgg support at support@jlgg.best. Any remaining balance of legitimately deposited funds that is not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method.

jlgg takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity. All members have access to the following tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once set, a limit can only be decreased immediately; an increase requires a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session. When the limit is reached, your session will end automatically.
• Cooling-off periods: Pause your account access for a defined period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jlgg for a defined extended period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated duration.

jlgg will never send marketing communications to members who have self-excluded or who have opted out of marketing. We will not attempt to incentivise members who have set deposit limits to increase those limits.

All content on the jlgg platform — including the website design, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, and all other material — is the intellectual property of jlgg or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jlgg intellectual property without express written permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the jlgg platform or its content for any commercial purpose. Screen captures or recordings of jlgg game sessions for personal non-commercial use are generally acceptable, but any commercial use or public distribution requires prior written approval from jlgg.

The jlgg name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks. Unauthorised use of jlgg trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing material — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jlgg's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds in your verified jlgg account balance at the time the claim arises.

jlgg is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical errors, platform outages, or delays in processing that are outside jlgg's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subject to change, such as live odds in sports betting.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment processing delays or errors beyond jlgg's direct control.

jlgg does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect availability from time to time. Where practical, jlgg will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

jlgg collects and processes personal data in accordance with the jlgg Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a jlgg account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jlgg includes — but may not be limited to — your full name, date of birth, contact information, identity documents, payment details, transaction history, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account administration, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

jlgg does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including payment processing partners and identity verification providers. jlgg may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify registered members via the email address on their account.

Your continued use of the jlgg platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using jlgg and may request account closure with return of any eligible balance.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. We recommend reviewing the Terms whenever you log in after a period of inactivity.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of jlgg, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through jlgg's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

If you have a complaint about jlgg's handling of a matter, you should first contact jlgg support directly. We commit to responding to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to making a genuine effort to resolve disputes fairly before either party pursues a formal legal process.
