jlgg applies security controls to protect personal data from unauthorised access and disclosure.
No sale of personal data
jlgg does not sell your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.
You have rights over your data
As a Philippine data subject, you can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
Compliant with Philippine law
This policy is guided by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules.
Six things jlgg does to protect your privacy
These are the key privacy principles built into how jlgg handles your personal data every day.
We only collect what we need
jlgg collects personal data for specific, legitimate purposes — account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming. We do not collect data beyond what those purposes require.
We do not sell your data
Your personal information is not sold or rented to any third party for their own marketing use. Data sharing with partners is limited to what is necessary to operate the jlgg platform and process your transactions.
We encrypt and secure account data
jlgg uses encryption and access controls to protect your account credentials and payment information. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers — payment data is handled by certified payment processors.
We keep data only as long as needed
Personal data is retained only for as long as it is required for the purposes it was collected — or for as long as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
You can access and correct your data
jlgg members can request access to the personal data held about them, request corrections if something is inaccurate, and — in applicable circumstances — request deletion. Contact support to exercise these rights.
You can opt out of marketing
If you have opted in to marketing communications from jlgg, you can opt out at any time. Members who have self-excluded from the platform will not receive any promotional communications while their exclusion is active.
Who We Are
jlgg operates the online gaming platform accessible at jlgg.best. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, jlgg is the data controller responsible for the personal data of members and visitors of the platform in the Philippines.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the jlgg website, mobile access, customer support interactions, and any other touchpoint through which you interact with jlgg. It is to be read alongside the jlgg Terms and Conditions, which govern your overall use of the platform.
This policy is guided by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, which set out the rights of data subjects in the Philippines and the obligations of personal information controllers like jlgg.
Personal Data We Collect
jlgg collects personal data in order to operate the platform and provide services to members. The categories of personal data we may hold include:

- Contact data: Your registered email address, mobile number, and any address information provided during account registration or verification.
- Financial data: Your payment method details as required to process deposits and withdrawals — for example, GCash-registered mobile number, Maya account reference, bank account details for InstaPay or PESONet transfers, or the last four digits and billing information for card transactions. Full card numbers are not stored by jlgg and are handled exclusively by certified payment processors.
- Transaction data: Records of all deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, games played, bonuses claimed, and any other financial transactions associated with your jlgg account.

- Responsible gaming data: Records of any deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion requests you have set on your jlgg account.
jlgg does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, health data, or religious beliefs, except where strictly required for identity verification purposes as permitted by law.

- Third-party sources: jlgg may receive data from identity verification partners when you submit documents for account verification, and from payment processors when transactions are initiated. This data is used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction or verification and is handled in accordance with our agreements with those partners.
Note: jlgg will never ask you to provide your password, full credit card number, or GCash/Maya PIN through any channel — not via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request claiming to be from jlgg, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us at support@jlgg.best.

Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, jlgg processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil the jlgg Terms and Conditions — including account registration, payment processing, and transaction management — is carried out because it is necessary to provide the service you have requested.
- Legal obligation: Certain processing — including identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, and transaction record-keeping — is required by applicable Philippine law and regulations. This processing is mandatory regardless of your preference.
- Legitimate interests: jlgg processes some data on the basis of its legitimate interests as a platform operator, including fraud detection, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: Where jlgg relies on consent as the legal basis for processing — such as for optional marketing communications — you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Sharing Your Personal Data
jlgg does not sell your personal data to any third party. Sharing of your data with third parties is limited to the following categories and purposes:
- Payment processors: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet partner banks (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and card payment networks (Visa, Mastercard) receive transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These partners operate under their own privacy policies and are bound by applicable payment industry security standards.
- Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) and document verification services may receive identity data and document images for the purpose of verifying your identity as required by jlgg's compliance obligations.
- Technology service providers: Cloud hosting, platform infrastructure, and customer support tools used by jlgg may process data on jlgg's behalf under data processing agreements that require equivalent data protection standards.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: jlgg may be required to disclose personal data to the National Privacy Commission, law enforcement agencies, courts, or other regulatory bodies in the Philippines when required by law, court order, or regulatory direction.
- Fraud and security services: Data may be shared with third-party fraud detection services to protect the platform and its members from fraudulent activity.
All third parties with whom jlgg shares personal data are required to handle that data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy law and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond the scope of the service they provide to jlgg.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
jlgg uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, improve the user experience, and understand how members use the site. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit the jlgg website.
The types of cookies jlgg uses include:
- Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session management cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. You cannot opt out of essential cookies without disabling platform functionality.
- Analytics cookies: Used to understand aggregate patterns in how jlgg is used — which pages are most visited, where users encounter difficulty, and similar usage metrics. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individual users by name.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences — such as your preferred language or display settings — to provide a more personalised experience on return visits.
- Marketing cookies: Used only if you have consented to marketing communications from jlgg. These help jlgg understand whether promotional communications were opened or acted upon.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using jlgg's core features, though it may affect certain personalisation and analytics functions.
Data Retention
jlgg retains personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as required by Philippine law. The general retention principles applied by jlgg are:
- Active account data: While your jlgg account is active, your account data and transaction history are retained to enable platform use, customer support, and responsible gaming monitoring.
- Post-closure retention: After your account is closed — whether voluntarily or otherwise — jlgg retains transaction records, identity verification documents, and account history for the period required by applicable anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping regulations. This is typically a minimum of five years under Philippine law.
- Communications data: Customer support interactions are retained for a period sufficient to manage disputes and improve service quality, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
- Marketing data: If you have opted in to marketing, your contact preferences are retained until you opt out. Once you opt out, your details are removed from active marketing lists promptly.
When personal data is no longer required and no legal obligation to retain it applies, jlgg will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you as an individual.
Data Security
jlgg implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols.
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including account credentials and identity document data.
- Access controls that limit which jlgg personnel can access personal data, based on the principle of minimum necessary access.
- Certified payment card industry (PCI-DSS) compliant payment processors for all card transactions — full card numbers are never stored on jlgg servers.
- Regular security reviews and monitoring of the platform infrastructure.
No data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While jlgg applies reasonable security measures, you also have a role in protecting your account — using a strong unique password, keeping your device secure, and not sharing your credentials with anyone.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect your rights and interests, jlgg will notify affected members and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules.
Your Data Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by jlgg:
Right to Access
You can request a copy of the personal data jlgg holds about you, including information on how it is being used.
Right to Correction
If personal data jlgg holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that it be corrected.
Right to Erasure
In certain circumstances — for example, where data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected — you can request deletion of your personal data.
Right to Object
You can object to certain types of processing — in particular, processing for direct marketing purposes.
Right to Data Portability
You can request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe jlgg has mishandled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
To exercise any of these rights, contact jlgg at support@jlgg.best with the subject line "Data Rights Request." Include your registered email address and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. jlgg will respond within the timeframe required by law.
Note on limitations: Some rights are subject to limitations under Philippine law. For example, the right to erasure does not apply where jlgg is required by law to retain specific data — such as transaction records for anti-money laundering compliance. Where a limitation applies, jlgg will explain this when responding to your request.
Children and Minors
jlgg is strictly an adult platform and is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. jlgg does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are under 18, you must not register for or use jlgg.
If jlgg discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 18, that data will be deleted and the associated account will be closed. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor has registered on jlgg, contact us immediately at support@jlgg.best.
If you are an adult with a device or account that a minor could access, we recommend using password protection, device lock features, and the account security settings available on jlgg to prevent unauthorised access by minors in your household.
Marketing Communications
jlgg may send marketing communications — such as promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform news — to members who have opted in to receive them. Consent to marketing is obtained separately during the registration process or at a later point when a specific campaign is activated.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
- Using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email from jlgg.
- Updating your communication preferences in your jlgg account settings.
- Contacting jlgg support at support@jlgg.best and requesting removal from marketing communications.
Opting out of marketing does not affect the delivery of transactional communications — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, or account security alerts — which are sent as part of the jlgg service and are not optional.
Members who have set a self-exclusion on their jlgg account will automatically be removed from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion. If jlgg becomes aware that a self-excluded member is receiving marketing communications due to a system error, the issue will be rectified immediately.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
jlgg may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate, changes in the law, or changes in the services we provide. When material changes are made to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.
Where changes are significant, jlgg will notify registered members via the email address on their account and/or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of jlgg after a change to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly after you receive a notification of an update. The version of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time you provide personal data to jlgg is the version that governs how that data is handled.
